Practice with Noble Gas Bots
TL;DR
- Noble Gas Bots (Neon, Argon, Krypton, etc.) are always available for private practice rooms.
- They follow the same bidding rules you do, with no difficulty tiers yet.
- Use bot tables to drill Double Points timing, blind modes, and conservative zero-bid streaks.
- Exit and rejoin at any time; your practice scores stay local.
Why practice solo
Bots let you experiment without the pressure of a live lobby. You can pause to discuss a hand, replay a tough round, or try risky bids while observing how the AI reacts. Every core feature (Double Points, Blind modes, Special Power) works exactly the same in bot rooms.
Setting up a bot table
| Step | Action | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Open the lobby and create a private room. | Host controls stay the same as multiplayer tables. |
| 2 | Add a Noble Gas Bot from the player menu. | Names are noble gases; difficulty levels are not yet available. |
| 3 | Configure optional rules. | In Create Room → Game Settings, decide on Blind Prediction, Blind Tricks, or Double Points before starting. |
| 4 | Start the game and observe pacing. | Bots bid promptly and follow suit rules; use the recap to review mistakes. |
Suggested drills
- Counting sprint: Play the full ladder (1 card up to max and back down) trying to hit every prediction. Track whether misses come from overbidding or card order.
- Double Points gauntlet: Activate Double Points as soon as possible and maintain the lock through all three rounds. Record how often the -15 penalty hits and adjust your risk profile.
- Blind combo: Enable both blind modes and attempt three consecutive positive bids. Focus on recalling trump and opponent discard patterns.
Tips for reading bot behavior
- Bots respect the last-player rule, so watch how they adjust when the table total is about to match the trick count.
- They do not bluff with Double Points yet; you control every power activation in your practice room.
- Because there are no difficulty tiers, add more bots or reduce hand sizes if you want faster reps.
Try it now
Create a private room, invite one Noble Gas Bot, and start with a simple zero bid drill. When you are comfortable, stack Double Points and Blind Prediction to push your focus.
