Double Points clarity

• Added a persistent "Double Points Active" badge beside the scoreboard nameplate.
• Recap banner now specifies "-15 (Double Points miss)" when the lock is live and you fall short.
• Locked predictions auto-clamp when the hand size drops, preventing illegal bids mid-lock.

Blind mode quality-of-life

• Hosts pick Blind Prediction and Blind Tricks in Create Room → Game Settings, so you can set expectations before the lobby launches.
• During bidding, opponents' predictions render as ** until the final call, letting everyone focus on memory instead of scoreboard math.
• While a trick is underway, opponents' cards stay face down until the winner is announced—no recap banner callouts needed.
